RETURNS & EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

Baianá Beachwear is passionate about ensuring that you love your purchase. In saying this, we will happily issue you a refund if you are not 100% happy with your choice. To process a return, please contact us at hello@baianabeachwear.com within 15 days of the date you received your order to receive instructions on how to safely return your swimwear to us. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by email. Returns shipped after 15 days of the day the package was received will not be refunded.

In order for us to process your refund, the swimwear must be unworn and in its original condition, which includes sanitary labels being intact and tags still attached. The item must not have been worn, washed, stained or soiled, it must be exactly the way you received it. Please note that Baianá Beachwear reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above or if the item is damaged in any way. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense. 

Baianá is responsible for the cost of the return shipping within the U.S, there is no cost for the customer to return or exchange one of our products if they are located in the U.S. Baianá will provide the customer with a shipping label with tracking number for the return or exchange.

Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garments, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a refund on your original method. Please be aware that it may take a few days before a refund is officially posted on your account. 

* SALES ITEMS AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS AND WILL ONLY RECEIVE STORE CREDITS IF RETURNED.

DAMAGED RETURNS

We do out best to ensure our products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to you. In the event that your swimwear arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at hello@baianabeachwear.com with your order number, a description and image of the damage. We will get back to you within 1 business day. Once approved, we can offer either a replacement or exchange.

EXCHANGE

If you are unsatisfied with your swimwear and would like to exchange it for another, please contact us at hello@baianabeachwear.com. Please understand that the original garment must be returned using the returns policy, and an exchange will be issued.
